The two main rates available on www.voihotels.com are the "Best Available Rate" and the "Besafe" rate.

The "Best Available Rate" provides free cancellation for any reason up to 8 or 15 days before arrival depending on the period of stay. In low season it is possible to pay the full amount of the reservation directly upon check-in, while in high season there is a 30% deposit upon confirmation and the remaining part can be paid upon arrival at the facility.

"Besafe," on the other hand, is a non-refundable and non-changeable rate with insurance included. Depending on the hotels, "Besafe Plus" or "Besafe Summer Plus" is bookable, details are available at www.travel.besafesuite.com/insurances/besafe-plus Full payment for the stay is required upon confirmation, by credit card only.

At the time of booking, you can pay the deposit by credit card or bank transfer (the transfer must be made no later than 5 days after confirmation and no later than 3 days before arrival at the hotel). With the Besafe rate, on the other hand, the total balance by credit card is compulsorily required.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it is possible to pay by cash (under the statutory 5,000.00 euros), credit card or debit card. Payments by check are not allowed, nor are transfers made on site accepted.

To change a confirmed reservation directly on our site or through the VOI Contact Center (with the exception of non-refundable rates, which are not changeable) simply access the file directly from the site, entering your confirmation number and e-mail address. Alternatively, you can contact our booking office by e-mail at the address from which you received your booking confirmation.

All facilities require payment of the tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to what is set by the relevant municipality.
At VOI Arenella Resort and VOI Floriana Resort it is also mandatory to pay the Club Card for all guests aged 3 and over. The cost is 7.00 euros per person per day and is required from 31/05 to 28/09 inclusive at VOI Arenella Resort and from 31/05 to 27/09 inclusive at VOI Floriana Resort.
